The stubborn upper low that has impacted the region over the past several days will make its way to the east today. This will leave a very short lived, very weak, induced ridge over California as an upper low over the northeast Pacific digs a trough south towards the region. This trough begins to impact the region on Friday as the flow turns southwest and upper level heights begin to drop quickly,  Winds could become strong.for a time. The Dweebs expext the return of snow in Mammoth Friday night into Saturday night with lighter amounts Sunday…  Snowfall amounts possible this weekend between 5 to 10 inches at 7500 to 8500 and 8800 to 11,000 12 to 18 on the upper mountain.
