A breezy and cooler pattern will prevail across the Sierra and western Nevada over Labor Day weekend as an upper low remains parked across N.California. This will also yield a wetter pattern especially over the northern sierra with daily chances for showers and thunderstorms each day this weekend. Drier and warmer conditions will return next week.

For Mono County, Winds will be an issue this weekend beginning today Friday with wind advisory in effect at 10:00AM through this evening.  Temps will continue to slide though Sunday.  The chance of showers over Mono County will be the best Saturday through Sunday evening.  Expect high temps this weekend headed for the the 50s and lows headed for the 30s before rising again, especially by mid week.
